[3DS] Mario Kart 7 $42 @ Target (In Store only)

40

Very rarely on sale. Manage to find 1 in Forest Hill VIC, could be available in other stores.

A fan-favourite, Mario Kart franchise brings Mushroom Kingdom racing fun into glorious 3D. For the first time, drivers explore new competitive kart possibilities, such as soaring through the skies or plunging into the depths of the sea. New courses, strategic new abilities and customisable karts bring the racing excitement to new heights. The Mario Kart franchise continues to evolve. New kart abilities add to the wild fun that the games are known for. On big jumps, a kart deploys a wing to let it glide over the track shortcut. When underwater, a propeller pops out to help the kart cruise across the sea floor. Players can show their own style by customizing their vehicles with accessories that give them a competitive advantage. For instance, giant tires help a kart drive off-road, while smaller tires accelerate quickly on paved courses.

Plays for 5 minutes in 3d mode then slides the bar back to 2d

Every 3DS game ever. "Oh that's cool, they went to a bit of effort with the 3D." slides back to 2D

I tend to leave it on on the 'New 3DS' models. Previous to that it worked pretty poorly but.

    • Actually this game had some of the best 3d on the system. I can't say I've ever used my 3ds in 2d mode however.

    • I'm guessing you've got the original 3ds. I never used it there either.

New 3DS has really good 3d, never turned it off.

Eh..it's still not "cheap" by any means. Better off buying it on ebay/gumtree

I think you mean, feeBay and Scumtree

No fees if you're the buyer on eBay. I've only ever had positive experiences on Gumtree, in fact both my copies of Mario Kart were purchased from Gumtree ($10 and $20) which I subsequently sold..on Gumtree again.

        Personally I think it's great
