Just curious as to whether you have redeemed all the "benefits": the domestic airfare, lounge pass and QFF points?

And where does it say there's a lounge pass? I got the 60,000 points and have since cancelled the card. Didn't realise there was any lounge pass.
For the Qantas westpac black version it does say 2 Qantas lounge passes. For Altitude it is Priority Pass membership with 2 free entries.
From what I've read, you have to register for the 2 Qantas lounge passes and can only get them once you buy either a Qantas or Jetstar fare. You do get 2 Amex lounge passes though.
Give them a call and see if they will send out the lounge passes.
Are you sure a free domestic airfare was included in the deal? Did you get the Qantas or Westpac Rewards version?
IIRC, you needed to redeem the lounge passes. It wasn't an automatic thing.
And ANZ didn't have any domestic flights with this card.
Oh dear, after i signed up a lot of changes happened to my life, hence my oversight. I did get the "priority pass" but looks like a pain to use. Had travelled a few times in the past yearbut never once thought of this benefits. Need to recheck the flight thing. Surely i can't imagine it. ..
Don't stress, ANZ will pro-rata and refund the annual fee.
EDIT: Hoping WESTPAC does too.
