Yeh as pheno says check the manual - i missed it too.
Went in to HN today (didn't realise offer was finished) and was offered it for $898 but they threw in the grinder!! lol. So I got that and the 4 years additional cover all up for a grand :)
Nice, you got the same or better deal than us who got the machine and grinder, but you didn't have to wait for cashback, win for you.

@j450n74y: That's all there is. In fact as someone pointed out since there's no mention of the grinder I might not be able to get warranty cover! I might go back and ask for a fixed receipt, then post it here =D
Try get the extra warranty and grinder both listed as separate on the receipt so we can all go price match :)

I tried Harvey Norman to price match retrovision but they said no, since no retrovisions in Sydney.

Mine was ready to pick up yesterday in Canberra, after it showed ‘out of stock’ when I purchased it with this deal, and used it twice thus far. Pulled perfect shots with just the default settings. Time to research long term care on the cheap (needs filters more frequently than my EM7000, and of course expensive recommended descale tablets).
Couldn’t get the warranty to 100, had to pay the full 149 dollars. The guy reminded me it was cheap, cashback, etc. I always seem to suck at negotiation…he probably was sick of people doing it on this machine.

yes, that's excellent but phenomenomenom's phenomenally fortunate deal @ $798 for machine, grinder & +48 month product care is probably as good as it gets followed by $809 for the same thing using 3 Amex cards.

I've been advised by email that my application for cash back is not valid. I've been over it carefully and cannot understand why, everything seems to be in line with their T&Cs.
That's very poor form on their part. Have they sent the "explanatory letter" that's been referred to above?
I called yesterday and the problem was that the scanned receipt became corrupted. I was given an email link to resend it and today I received an email stating it had been approved. Letter was ready to send yesterday they said.
@Fancydancer: Glad it worked out well. I'll stick with the comment of "very poor form". They should have sent you an email stating that they couldn't read the scanned receipt and to please resend instead of sending an email stating that the claim was not valid.
Is anyones cashback still pending? I submitted mine the end of last month, how long does it usually take to get approved?
These guys are so stupid. I got the cashback on 1st June and on the same day they sent me out a letter saying my cashback has been declined since my receipt has been used and issued me with a reference number.
I submitted mine early may, got an email on the 18th saying its pending validation, still no repsonse!
If anyone can source another one of those BES920's at that price let me know! Tried my local HN today and no dice :( should have bought at the time!
It turns out mine wasn't missing. It's quite small and stuck to the front of the manual. I also read 2 in Brisbane but I'm also using filtered tap water. Filter as much as you can! Hard water is a killer for machines.
