LG G3 Touchpad Issue (Ghost Touch)

Hi All,

I am using LG G3 and it was working fine till today. I am now having an issue with touch pad. When I try to type on the touch pad everything works well but the "FGHIJKL" keys. These are not getting depressed.
For Instance:
If I press F it shows T and so on.

In Landscape mode everything works fine which makes me think that the bottom part of the screen is stuffed

Do you guys think it's the digitizer issue ?

Anyone else had similar issues ?

    Place screen on table top facing downwards. Press the lower part of the screen where the lg logo us from the back. This puts pressure on the digitizer connection with the mainboard.If this doesn't work, the touch screen is stuffed

      Tried it just then as per your advise. Still the same. I am able to type using GO keypad ( just because it has wider keypad keys)

        If you are able to open it up, clean screen connection with isopropyl and reseat flex

          Is it easy job ? I might just sell it as it is and get Xiaomi Redmi note 3 pro. Regret selling my redmi note 2 now

          @codename47: you would need to determine that you self. It's just unscrewing the back open really. Depends how confident you are

          LG g3 teardown. Unplug the most bottom flex cable
