  Does anyone have any unlocking success stories? Is Bagman unlockit.codes for $25 the way to go? Thanks

    About a week ago I used Bagman's unlockit.codes for $25 (plus PayPal surcharge) for this phone. Received the unlock code the following day. Unlocked it straight away. No problems - can happily recommend this method of unlocking.

      Hi PBG, I ordered the code from bagman on Friday $25 + 1.25, and got the code today.

      I found the unlock instructions on whirlpool (from Omar K):
      1. Tap Dismiss
      2. On the phone, dial *#789#
      3. Enter the 16-digit code

      The phone will unlock and restart.

  @adz81 u mean amaysim sim card will work 100% with optus locked prepaid fones..i asked optus sales and they said it will work because it uses optus network but optus customer service saying it will not work as it is different service provider sharing network with optus so m confused now what to do? Whom should i confirm with?

    I have used this phone, purchased as a pre-paid Optus phone with an Amaysim sim card with full functionality.

  Got an unlock code from unlockit.codes but I don't know what to do next. Turned off phone, inserted telstra sim, screen saying Network lock with options Emergency Call and Dismiss. I press dismiss, then it goes to the home page. Please somebody help!

      I just tried and website is up now. Was able to login to my account no problems. If you get stuck again send a message to Bagman as it's his website.
