Can I return items purchased online at a Sephora store?

Unfortunately, at this moment, all items purchased online must be returned to http://www.sephora.com.au/. Items purchased in a Sephora store can be returned within 30 days to any Sephora store within the same country as purchase, provided a receipt is shown.

    You should be aware that online orders come from overseas. While the product is legit, it means you can't return in store.

    Also the online store never seems to have a lot of stock or shade choice.

    Definite downsides.

      Hmm didn't realise you couldn't return in store, I've never had to return anything from them before.

        Yeah - it's mostly fine if you've checked out the products you're buying in store before buying online but if you're buying sight unseen it might be tricky.

        You can post things to return them but I think they only pay return cost if the item has been damaged.
