I've ordered a couple of the same iphone case from This deal and only one was sent, no reply to my emails they only answer phones after multiple attempts and when they do they tell me I've just missed the person who could help me! anyway a second package has arrived shortly to find a completely different type and color second hand case chucked in a broken seal box missing the screen protector and wiper cloth, seems like he thought of exchanging the one in his pocket with mine! this isn't only bad customer service, this is fraud, a Paypal case is opened and in progress, anything else I can do?
