Terms

One subscription per customer. To be eligible to receive 2 x $25 Store Credits the customer must opt in before 4th November 2016 to receive digital catalogues and all other marketing material from The Good Guys for a period of no less than 6 weeks. The first $25 Store Credit is earned after the customer receives their 2nd catalogue communication via email. The second $25 Store Credit is earned when the customer receives their 5th catalogue. Each Store Credit requires a minimum purchase of $50. If both Store Credits are used in the same transaction the minimum spend requirement is therefore $100. Customers are free to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing before the 2nd catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for any Store Credits. Unsubscribing before the 5th catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for the final Store Credit. Any Store Credits issued expire in 14 days. All Store Credits are for a single use and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, ITunes cards or agency brands including Miele, Asko, Neff, Jennair, AEG, and Falcon.

          I don't know about using them in store. But i buy with giftcards a lot on their online site and they only alllow me to put 3 at a time.

      • Semi-related question: how did you interpret the part where it said you could spend two store credits at once if spending $100+, but then said store credits expire after 14 days.. they're being sent three weeks apart, right? How are you meant to use two credits at once?

          Well…not sure what I did wrong then…have not had the email delivered to my email nor my wife's.

          I just tried to register again using the same email and the website says the email has already been registered!

          But I am not getting emails? Yes I did check the spam folder. nada. :(

    Just got my first catalogue by email. The email reads 'Welcome Valued Customer to your 1st The Good Guys digital catalogue', so hopefully next Tuesday we will get the first voucher (week 2)?

  • Looks like the earliest that anyone is going to get a $25 voucher is on the 30/08/2016 when the next digital catalogue is due. The first digital catalogue runs for 2 weeks until 29/08/2016.

        I was looking at the 1rst digital catalogue sent today and at the bottom ther is a link to change details but it redirect to the TGG website to login to an account

        subscribing to digital catalogue does not require to create an account that is why im lost how to change my details.

    Is the voucher valid for use in store with price matching? For example $100 item at Good Guys, price matched to about $79 from officeworks, and then $25 off.

    So $79 - $25 = $54.

        But it is interesting that you can use both store credits in one transaction, although since those of us who got the code today expires on the 9/9/16, i don't see how this is possible. Since we won't receive the second credit for another 2-3 weeks.

    • Read comments above. You need to proceed to checkout and enter it as a gift card with no pin and it should work
