EDIT

@Rod S:

Hi all - just to clarify for everyone. These 2 codes are valid. They were set up to assist people who had issues ordering during the sale last week. The fact they've been posted online is not a problem - we're not going to deny anyone the sale price if they use either of the codes.
Please note - during the checkout process it will still show the full cost, however on Monday 22/8, the handset price will be changed to the lower sale price for anyone who has placed an order and used either of the codes - ie, to $9 on the M plan and $5 on the L plan. You will then be sent an SMS to confirm the monthly handset price has been changed.

  • Hi, all - I tried to put an application in last night and I got a notice saying that I had to provide a whole bunch of info (payslips and other personal info) to them via email if I wanted to move forward with the application - apparently my 'credit check' mustn't have worked or something. Which is strange. Has anyone else had to do this? I'm not so keen on sending all my personal info over email…

    Thanks!

    • Call up and just confirm your order. Same happened to me as well.

      • I did but they still said I had to email all my details.:-\

        • Call again and try ask for Sean. That was who I spoke to and he was extremely helpful. Best of luck!

  • so when does this expire

    • @Rod S:

Hi - they're valid until just before midnight tonight

      Cheers
      Rod

      • :)

      • i hope it still works

  • Nope, not working anymore

  • If anyone has ordered (S7 Edge - M) and thinking of returning, i am willing to get that

  • Beware
I received the device today and noticed the seal is broken. The customer service said it might be caused by transport.
She also said Samsung only offered 12 year warranty to Woolworths mobile. But the Samsung official website Australian offer 2 years.
I checked the device model(G395F). Is it AU stock? Is it legal for them to provide grey import?

    • Well this sux! I got mine few days ago and all seems Ok but did notice the phone had zero % battery when I tried to turn it on… Usually all phones are charged and tested to 60% battery as a final quality control test. Perhaps these are refubs…..

      :(

  • Hi, a question.

I signed up for the deal and received my samsung g edge 7 promptly.

The charger did not work. I have contacted Woolworths mobile support twice (27 aug and 2 sep).

Only recieved usual email 'we have received your email and will get back to you'.

Is the support team usually this non responsive…

I am happy with the deal otherwise ;—)

  • Hi, thanks. I will do that if the third attempt to contact woolworths mobile fails.

I have been with telstra previously and their customer service has been great. I will probably get flamed due to the fact that I like telstra.

Woolies deal was too good to resist for a brand new S7GE.
