I thought strawberries were healthy? Thanks for the deal though, these guys make great apps!

    • Not when there covered in ice cream 😁

      • Depends.

Overweight people would be better off having a serving of ice cream and strawberries for breakfast regularly than breakfast cereal because the breakfast cereal is designed to not satiate you and therefore you will feel hungry before lunch (where the breakfast cereal maker hopes you eat more processed food with no protein or fat so you eat more etc).

The better choice is eggs and bacon though.

How is a push up app helps you doing push up?

    • "Have you done 100 pusups yet?"

      No.

      "Keeping going"

      • 10 years ago I can do 200+ push up non stop.

I am now 35+ I can only do 70 at once. I am sure I can do 100 if I try. Do you think this app will help me do 100?

        • 70? I thought I was doing well reaching 5…….

        • @albanyson:

LOL, That's the start. Keep trying !!
Add another push every week or so and you'll eventually get to 70 in no time. :)
