Am not sure if it is usual practice of requesting cC number and details when you have PayPal as sign in option
I am finding it very hard to see CC number requested when I selected PayPal as an option
Is it normal? any experience on this?

Definitely not legit request. I would strongly advice against it and contact PayPal regardless. Something very fishy is going on.
Never heard of this happening, would not give them any info. Paypal has given them everything they need to complete the order provided you have successfully paid with PayPal.
