HOW TO ENTER

1. Purchase one (1) or more main meals from the Mad Mex menu in one transaction during the Purchase Period (09:00 am 24 Oct to 11:59 pm AEDT 20 Nov) from any Mad Mex store within Australia which displays advertising for this Promotion.
2. Visit the Website and fully complete and submit the online entry form, including the unique code found on the receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.
3. Multiple entries permitted per person, subject to the following:
   (a) Subject to (b) below, only one (1) entry permitted/unique code awarded per main meal product purchased in accordance with the above;
   (b) Maximum of (5) entries permitted/unique codes will be awarded per Qualifying Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of main meal products in excess of five (5) purchased within the one (1) transaction); and
   (c) Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

NOTE: The promo ends on 5 Dec but purchases must be made by 11:59pm AEDT 20 Nov. The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the Qualifying Transaction featuring the unique code submitted on entry.
