Hey guys, long time lurker!

Just found out that bridgestone and some dealers are having this great deal again!!

Have confirmed that Costco (called to confirm at 2 stores), jax tyres* and bob jane are also doing this deal, more stores to be confirmed when i do a bit of research or in the comments below.

I guess by extension Kmart tyre and auto service are also running this deal and have the best value due to there tyrelife saver program. (Extra effort involved)

*just spoke to jax tyres and there website has a typo, the deal includes the entire range of Potenza tyres (including the re003).

    I need to change all 4 tyres on my Nissan Pulsar LX 99 Hatch. It's the first time I'll be changing them, and I would like to change them with some quality tyres that will give me good traction in dry/wet. Any recommendations?

          @KayDat: Cheltenham. Quite impressed with these tyres. not as noisy as i imagined but haven't driven them far enough to comment on other aspects.

      Bridgestone Select was the cheapest in my research, but then Kmart was able to beat their price so I went with them.

      Gotta shop around and find out what's best for you locally!

      I just got mine done at Kmart Reservoir. $545 225/45/17 incl. fit balance and alignment. Hit me up if you need copy of invoice. Was for rex sti. Awd alignment might cost more than fwd. U can try get getting it cheaper for fwd

    Can anyone explain why tyre places seem to be exempt from having to show the price of their products when advertising online (like basically every other business I know of), and require you to email for a quote?

    Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think these are locally-made at each shop such that there would be a need for price variations from store to store or city to city.

I have an 09 Accord with some cheap brands on (Rockstone) :p currently the ride is pathetic, loud as hell and fuel economy is worst.     The prices people are posting are worthless without tyre specs. "I can get re003 for $150" is useless information…

    For my Mazda6 got quoted for re003 225/45-17 $170 each from bridgestone select sydney. Front rear wheel alignment $60. Anyone have a better quote.

      Would seem tyres in 17" and greater with 50 or greater aspect aren't common hence price premium (see my comment above)

    Tyres at bridgestone selet outlets are expensive because you will be covered under bridgestone warranty program. If bought from outlets such as job jane the price will be cheap but you won't be covered. Well played!

    Bridgestone came in at $645 fitted (excluding $45 front/$88 both alignment)

          No such luck for me, my local KTAS wouldn't price match their own stores. Best he could offer was the invoice price without the wheel alignment which is $55 extra :(

    He did them at $175 without me saying anything.

    Hope you guys bought some valve caps for the leukemia foundation promo.
    Got a set for the car n moto.

    Ps kmart taa are useless, never called me back as they were closer. Was going for the tyres and a windscreen.

    Just back from Vermont Bridgestone with 4×Serenity Plus and wheel alignment for $396.
    Alignment was $69, so $327 for tyres. /4 = $81.75 each.
    This was for a magna, "205/65R15 94H BS SER PLUS"

    Costco Adelaide.. Four tyres for $510…. four for the cost of 3 Bridgestone deal
    Need membership…$60.
    They could have supplied Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for $185ish each less $70 if buying four tyres, but didn't have them in stock. I went for the Bridgestone. I only do about 2000 Ks a year so I expect to die before they wear out. The Michelins would get much more mileage according to the Costco guy. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 will replace the PS3 for new stock. I'm only referring to 235x45x17. They had other PS3s in stock.
