    I got one in the last sale and it was dead on arrival, but Dell CS was helpful and refunded me within 2 weeks, but they didn't have and replacement option and the sale was over by the time I could order again.

    So I just ordered one on this sale, and was lucky enough to find the white ones in stock this time.

    A great deal at that price.

        Check dell website tracking. Mine was marked as 6th of dec too during the build stage but then changed to 30-nov once it had finished

          though i got an eBay notification that its been shipped.. Status on their website is still "Order Receieved'
          Called up customer support and they told me that they are still waiting from their Finance team to confirm that funds have been transferred to their account.

      I ordered on the 18th and my ebay order says estimated 25th Nov (today). The ebay status is shipped but my order status on the dell website says estimated delivery date as 6th December…it's at "work in progress" since the 21st.

      I had to chat with them to see if they can make it quicker because I'm travelling on the 5th and I was hoping to get it before then I leave the country :(

      I got mine yesterday, original ETA was 7/12/16 (ebay ETA was 28/11/16) but after a chat with the support team they 'fast tracked' my order. They used Startrack delivery and are shipping from Sydney, so took it a day to deliver to Melbourne.

        Got an order confirmation but nothing that says tax invoice on it.

          I received my laptop today and emailed them about the invoice.
          They have informed me that invoice would be generated about 3 days after delivery.

          Just had a look at the order confirmation and I see ABN, Laptop model number and Amount paid which I think is all what we need to claim TRS at the Airport.

          TRS requires the document to say "Tax Invoice" on it. I know this from experience lol
