I also got one, I'm replacing an 8 year old Benq definetly looking forward to this upgrade.
I was about to pull the trigger on two of these but saw they only come with a one year warranty rather than the much more generous Dell Factory one.

But I found this monitor available brand new at Warehouse1 for $327.76 + delivery. An extra $17 seems like good value considering the longer warranty. :/

$23 for shipping. Ends up being $40 more. Also of the 7 Ultrasharps that I've had, none have had a single issue. Wouldn't hesitate based on warranty.

Ordering two and the difference would be at least $30 each with delivery. They were showing available for pickup earlier at Warehouse1 so the difference would have only been $17 per monitor but now it's more.

Does "As New" mean used or refurbished?

Also beware the aspect ratio may mess with some games.
I've just spent 90 minutes at one end of a Dell online chat session trying to buy one of these. After that long, they were still waiting to hear back from the inventory team about availability, so I just gave up.

That's unusual. I ordered 2 of these this afternoon and only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to get back from the inventory team.
My experience was totally different after a request to purchase 1via chat
I had the rep call me back in 10 minutes to confirm/place & then pay over the phone.
I had them stuff me around when I ordered a U2414H. They said they would call me back in an hour after checking stock. Never received a call, I went back to the online chat after an hour and a half of waiting and was then finally able to place an order through. I think it's luck of the draw with the customer service representative.

Was going to buy two, but then realised it does not have any DVI ports. I have an older graphics card with 2x DVI and 1x mini HDMI and don't want to buy any additional cables/adapters.
But adapters are heaps cheap……. sounds like you're just finding an excuse not to spend on this deal.
Actually the monitors were going to be for a friend of mine (they were going to buy them on my advice). I gifted them a machine from my old parts before they moved interstate, so I am familiar with the video card. If it was me I may have considered it, but I cbf trying to troubleshoot things for them if it doesn't work out of the box.

neither.
Cool so it means basically new or unopened.
As New are orders that were either cancelled, or shipped out to a customer who either did not open the box or decided to return the order without ever using it. As new items do not have any cosmetic damages.
