    It is actually 40% off bonds PLUS $20 off when you spend $100 and add TREE20 (excludes toys electrical entertainment beauty nursery and clearance). Works out to be 48% off bonds when you spend over $ 100. If only spending $60 enter TREE10 for $10 off.

      Yer they've been doing that since middle of the year , do what i do & most other people i imagine do to avoid $5 fee & buy something else to make it up to $29 to avoid the fee & then return unwanted item ,yes it's annoying but hopefully for them too & they drop the $5 surcharge for c& c orders under $29.
