      Edit: It was actually a Samsung F3 drive. my bad. I wonder how they compare to the Barracuda?

        Compare to the high faulty rate for the barracuda since the firmware problem, I'd rather buy a Samsung or WD instead.

        • Just a side note, although faster with Seagate's 5900rpm 2TB drives, they use some sort of old tech (ease of terminology for you guys) that isn't rated for as many cycles as the tech that WD use in their 5400rpm drive.
