    Stupid BIGW sending BRE610 instead of 630 which only have 20$ cash back and 79 everywhere

      Did you receive any partial refund from BigW? They gave me $15.80 back to PayPal. Maybe this is the reason.

      I just sent an email to their enquiry line asking how to exchange with correct model , haven't yet got response

      I checked in-store before buying online , they have BRE-610 for 79$ in store and store person suggested BRE-630 is online only offer so i have ordered online which i feel stupid about , lets see what they going to replay with

      BTW i just checked my credit card statement , no partial refund

    just take a closer look, on the till receipt, it says $88.90-$15.80 = $73.10 , but on paypal i still get charged full price $88.90, very weird, clueless big w

    I've also received a BRE-610 and no partial refund. Are they joking with us or think we are idiots?

    Lets all of us call them and complain. I am going to return this junk and want the shipping cost refunded too (total of $88.90).

    Didn't asked me to return the stock? I suppose I can keep the stock and claim the $20 cash back too?

      Same for me .. I received a refund back to my credit card and didn't asked to return the stock back
