Not really, I would say it's definitely recurring but it's not a constantly available code. The current one is only valid 8/12 - 21/12.
Code didn't work for me when I tried to checkout $94 worth of clearance clothing online :( received the following message "Your basket doesn't meet the conditions for the promo code. We recommend checking the conditions and trying again"

I have the docket offer and the end of the fine print specifically says:
Excludes clearance merchandise
The guy above either got lucky, they fixed it, or their items were somehow not clearance..
It also states it cannot be used on rainchecks, lay-by purchases, gift cards, or Coles Group Card payments.
Does it exclude items on clearance/sale like other Target coupons?
