        Really weird fix but it was able to fix up itself after leaving it there for about a day in its box. No idea what caused the problem but it works fine now.

    Those who have received it, can you please let us know if Sypost.net / Auspost shows complete tracking of your order. My order shows it departed transit country on 9th but no update after that. Thanks in advance.

      Mine shipped on the 8th.

      My tracking number starts with AU and doesn't work on sypost.net, however the first tracking information appeared on Auspost on the 22nd Jan, and it was carded for me today.

      So not complete tracking, just once processed into AU.

      and it says same as yours.

      According to website
      Days to deliver is 10-25

      Most of ours are shipped on 3-4 jan
      So hopefully it will be delivered by 29 jan

      (If 25 days means 25 working days it might take even longer)

      Till then you might have to count your steps manually like me 😋

      update received it on the 3rd of feb. Lost it on the 20th of march. Absolutely loved the thing. My wrist feels empty without it. Xiaomi should really do something about the band though. It has a tendency to come off. It came off my wrist a week back and I didn't notice it until this dude who saw it fall off picked it up and returned it to me. It came off again a few days ago and I didn't realize until someone asked me for the time and I looked at my wrist only to notice it wasn't there :(

    We made an order on the 1st of Jan and we're still waiting for delivery.

    I was concerned Auspost stuffed up the delivery as I recently had the postie leave a parcel ( I thought, finally the Xiamio is here!), turns out it wasn't even my parcel. It was someone elses from 5 doors down. The postie just left it on my front door.

    Honestly have zero faith in Austpost.

    Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why orders from these websites (including Geekbuying, Everbuying etc) take so long unless if we pay for priority or expedited shipping? Is it the transits between different countries and possibly given less priority (i.e. sitting longer at transit stations)?

    I'm finding any item that has to transit in Malaysia takes an extremely long time to arrive! I bought a selfie stick on Aliexpress where it went this route and it ended up taking over 6 weeks to arrive.

        That's pretty normal considering it was posted with free international shipping. I've been averaging about 3-4 weeks with most of the stuff I've got from China in the last year.

      I ordered in Jan as well and still haven't received it. I contacted them, they said I can re-order them for half of the price or refund me USD$7! This is my first purchase and gone missing. I don't think I will re-order it again due to these reviews. I've lodged a case in Paypal and not sure whether I can get my money back

    It's charging now and appears to be working. It came in new Xiaomi white retail packaging (unlike my first Mi Band 2 which was in yellowish box). At first this got me worried, but quick google search and it has been confirmed that this is their new retail packaging.
