Thought I'd share this negotiated deal after buying one myself. The battery seems to last forever and it pairs perfectly with my Windows phone. My order took 3 weeks to come, if there are any issues please leave a comment below.

    Still hasn't arrived, I submitted a ticket and they are now saying I have to wait 35 business days instead of the quoted 25.

      They say 10-25 which should equal to -15 but they are taking opposite meaning of - and thus your quoted number 35.

    I just did standard shipping and they sent me a tracking number. Yet when I plug it in it doesn't come up anywhere. Also from the email when i click the tracking number link it goes to page not found on the gamiss website. Am I doing something wrong?

    Well My missus is complaining that it doesn't count steps properly and the sleep tracking doesn't work well and she wants an Alta fitbit.

      How does she know it is not counting steps properly? Unless she manually counts all her steps as a reference, or use another "better" tracker for reference, you won't really know. Same thing with sleep tracking.

        she had a fitbit charge for a couple of years, I personally think Fitbit count too many steps.

      Mine was stuck on "Departed transit country" until it got delivered on Monday 06/02/2017. So "2017-01-10 13:45:00 AUSTRALIA Arrival at Destination country" only got populated the same day (or day after) it got delivered.

    This tracking can't be right can it? How can your items arrive in Australia between 10/1 - 13/1 and you still have not received them 4 weeks later? Mine arrived in Australia on 27/1 and I haven't got it & even that's too long from arrival to delivery.

    I am in the same position, I paid for express shipping where it arrived in Australia 3 weeks ago.

    It has been marked as "with AusPost: in transit ready for delivery" since then but I never received it. I have contacted both Gamiss support and Auspost where Gamiss are blaming Auspost for losing the package and are only offering a partial refund (50%). Auspost however, state that the tracking number is invalid as it is for another company and they are unable assist. They state they can further investigate and assist if the seller provides the AusPost tracking number they received once the package was cleared into Australia however, the seller is unable to provide that information. I guess I'm going to have to settle for a partial refund and no package…

          i rechecked my tracking records just now and this time it showed the packaged arrived in Australia on 10/1. But when i checked just a few days ago, it still showed departed transit country on 9/1.

          Something definitely is wrong here!

          Yeah they still wouldn't offer a full refund through paypal with "not purchasing shipping insurance" as the reason. But it's fine because they offered a partial refund of 90% through paypal.

      Unlikely the auspost contractor took it… Unless he/she has a Miband 2 fetish & is wearing a dozen bands concurrently. If you read the thread, you will find most of us are in the same boat as you… They "allegedly" arrived weeks ago but we haven't got them yet. Me thinks those tracking numbers are dodgy… Or something from the Gamiss side isn't quite right.

    since there is no tracking by AuPost, i can get a refund via paypal nd still HOPE to receive my band !?

      They state 10-25 business days for delivery. So if you gave them the maximum, that's 35 actual days (5 weeks). If that time has elapsed for you, I don't see why you can't make a Paypal claim. If the item arrives after that, you win. Gamiss should cop charge-backs for handing out BS tracking numbers.

    Just an update, they investigated my parcel and found that it was returned to a NSW warehouse by my local post office (VIC) because of either a wrong shipping address or the package being unclaimed. The shipping address is perfectly fine however and I never received a card informing me to collect it at the local post office - didn't get help either when I called them asking if there was a package there for me. But they are generously offering to reship it for 16 dollars…

    Ebay shopping square has Xiaomi Mi Band 2 avaiable for two different prices 38.95$ and 52.95$…. cannot understand what is the difference, other than one item specifically says 100% genuine but higher price.

    • Shoppingsquare keep stock locally and in Hong Kong. The cheaper one ships from Hong Kong and the more expensive one ships from their Sydney warehouse. Check the product page for each one ;)

    For those of us still waiting for this, what course of action are you going to take next? Keep waiting? Paypal dispute? I'm considering the latter as all mine says on the tracking sites is that it is in transit and arrived in Australia on the 13th of Jan. Like others have mentioned, I've ordered other things from china towards the end of January and they have already arrived. I definitely won't be buying from gamiss again.

      I'm in the same boat as you - item arrived in Australia on 14 Jan. I've raise a paypal dispute and will await the outcome. The item is as good as lost as far as I'm concerned.

        I agree - if you have passed the 25 business days (5 actual weeks) period Gamiss stated as max delivery timeframe, then it's time to get Paypal involved (especially if your items has been "allegedly" floating around Oz for a month). Once I get to 5 weeks (next week), I will also be lodging a Paypal dispute.

          I received a response from huannie from gamiss,it's fairly long winded but basically advised i reconfirm my address and check the local post office. The interesting thing i found was the date that they gave as when the item would be considered 'lost' was the day after the PayPal dispute would be closed…hmmmm…that would be 2 months after it was sent!? And 8 days short of 2 months in Australia.
          I'm going to check with the post office but not holding my breath. I've never opened a dispute on PayPal,surely they'd side with me after waiting two months for delivery? Anyone with a similar experience?

          @sinners007: that could be the case, just in my message from paypal it said I had to escalate the case before march 5 otherwise it would be closed and couldn't try again. The message from gamiss said I had to wait until the 6th of march by which time it would be too late.

          This is the paragraph:
          Meanwhile, please keep in mind that you need to take action on this case before 5 March 2017. For example, you can mark the case as resolved if you reach an agreement with your seller, or escalate the case to a claim if you can't resolve it. If no action is taken before 5 March 2017, the case will be automatically closed and it can't be reopened or escalated to a claim.

          Oh that is because you opened a case already, it's time limited. You get 180 days to open the dispute.

        Im not closing this case but can't work out how to escalate it to a Paypal team member.

    WalterBiH provided some valuable Intel. Item arrived in Aus 10/1 and was delivered 6/2 (27 days later). There is little doubt in my mind these tracking numbers are fake… I emailed Gamiss about this but got no response. I'd suggest PayPal dispute once 25 business days are up & if you are lucky you will get the refund + the band a month later ;)

    I'd further suggest people don't even need to wait 25 business days if they provide the fake tracking number to PayPal showing the item arrived a month ago but has since gone missing.

    Hi I ordered on 2 January till now 13/2/2017 have not receive it yet, when I check the tracking it is said not yet updated, anyone else have same case as me?? what should I do?

    for comparison i ordered 5 knives from from USA delivered in 1 week , definitely not going order from Gamiss anymore

      I ordered 3rd Jan. Nothing yet. Atleast if you get yours I will know when to expect mine.
      I'm finding it strange that tracking is showing item arrived 14 Jan in Australia. Somehow I don't believe that.
      I'll wait till end of this week and do a charge back as I didn't use paypal.

    I have written to Gamiss a few times about non-delivery and they asked me to wait until 6th March, before they can resolve!!

      A dozen or so PayPal disputes / chargebacks might change their tune a little, especially those that ordered in early Jan.

    There is definitely a widespread issue with delivery with so many of us not getting the band yet. Question is, what about those who allegedly already got theirs? Are they just faking it or did they really get it? (Referring to those saying they got it weeks ago on this OzBargain thread).

      bought mine on 01/01 shipped out on 03/01 and arrived before I returned home end of Jan.

      I don't claim to know anything about how cheap Asian shipping works… but as we all kind of ordered at the same time then I'm assuming our orders were all put into the same shipping crate (or whatever they use) and that's gone walkabouts. People who received their orders must've been in a different crate which made it here okay.

      So they supplied a tracking number & a tracking site. The tracking number works (for most people) suggesting the item arrived last month. Then they go on to say b/c we chose flat rate shipping, the item can't be tracked … does that about sum it up? Nothing fishy here :/

    Received mine today. Purchased on 25/01, it took exactly 3 weeks. Paid for registered post but the tracking id given was not valid.

    I got the same generic message as northernculture ^^ with this added on:

    As the delay caused by peak shipping periods, public holidays, bad weather and customs clearance, some of the parcels can be received on March 6, 2017.
    If you still do not receive the parcel by that time, we can offer you the options on that date.

      They said maximum 25 business days (35 actual days) and now they are asking you to wait 61 days - they obviously have some 60 day policy (most Asian sellers on AE have the same 60 day policy). I'd dispute, as it's been 43 days.

    Same here, still waiting and I couldn't even remember which site I have ordered from and had to find this deal post, that it was from Gamiss. No more ordering from Gamiss.

    • Lodged a Paypal Claim, they replied back with some BS excuse of waiting till 3 March as supplied by 'Shipping Agent' … Escalated to Paypal, now will wait and see
