    Lol

Just be careful that sizes run a size or 2 smaller for some items
I learned the hard way , it was an expensive lesson . Moral of the story never buy superdry before you actually try it on.

    • I'm curious about that too. Because Asian size XL is only M in Australia…
It's hard to tell if it's Asian size or AU size by the chest sizes supplied by KOGAN…

      • The sizing listed on the Kogan site is the same as on superdry.com.au
        XL = chest 107cm or 42inch

        • +1

I got an XXL Superdry Jacket a while back, and I wear a 42 inch jacket. It's still a bit more snug than I would like. YMMV

        • @nafe: I agree, i've found their jackets and hoodies about 1 size or 1.5 sizes too small

        • @nafe: Less confidant about the fit now… but I can always wear it unzipped if it's too snug.

        • @puffinfresh:

Mine's not skintight, but it's not got the extra bit of room I would like to really make it really comfortable.

        • It arrived today. It's a little snug, but it fits.

      • Why would British designed clothes be Asian sized?

        • +2

Kogan is sending their stock from China/HK, that's why I'm wondering.

    • +2

I can confirm that these windtrekker jackets are slim fit and run around 2 sizes too small. I'm 6'2", slim athletic build with broad shoulders, and normally wear a Large. I needed an XXL in the hooded windtrekker version.

These are great quality jackets and worth it even at $150. $50 is a steal if this size suits you.

    Inspired by technical hiking gear.

So not actually technical hiking gear, so probably not water proof/resist, wind proof, breathable and all that goodness that comes with proper hiking/outdoor gear.

    • +1

It's 100% polyester, probably "windproof" just as a plastic garbage bag is, but unlikely to be even vaguely similar to half-decent technical wear. $54 is probably about the right price in that case.

Also appears that the Kogan warranty disclaimer on sizing is also a furphy. If their size guidelines don't match reality (already three posts below suggest that's the case) then Kogan cannot void your right to a return on that basis.

  • Do they even have a Windtrekker to try in store?

  • Sold out.

  • Did anyone get their jacket? Chased them up today and got told they ran out of stock pretty bad considering not sure when they where going to tell me if I hadn't chased them, got a refund and $10 voucher…
