      Yes, you right. I didn't realise I had an Amazon credit of US$5. Still $20 cheaper and a no brainer with Amazon's customer service.

  Are these usable in Australia without DNS hacks or vpn? I'm after a cheap Netflix device (AU Netflix), that has a remote rather than having to control with smartphone (ie chromecast doesn't fit the bill as no IR remote).

    I can see it does Netflix AU if you install US Netflix first

      All Netflix apps are effectively the same. The DNS or vpn directs you to the country content.
