In reality you've still usually gotta queue up and tell them you've placed a prepaid online order because the staff are clueless how a new order has magically appeared on their screen. KFC doesn't seem to actively push out information about updates, deals and features that have been implemented, rather they just hope employees somehow know or work it out.
It's more that they send the information to the stores, but the managers never pass it onto the relevant staff members.
@oscinator1988: Partly this too, though I personally don't expect much of a manager unless they're told to conduct the training and provided with some basic tools (ie a presentation) to do so. Locally it's even worse though, it's to the point half the managers don't even know what the go is these days…
@dyl: Well The managers get emails with attached powerpoints showing all the steps needed to train, but the problem I guess is that the powerpoints can sometimes be up to 50 slides and they dont really care much about having to indivudally train all their staff. Plus they say they dont really have the time to show every staff memeber how to work a few buttons. they genrally rely on some senior staff they train to train everyone else.
Of course there are annomylies, some stores you will goto will have everyone knowing exactly how to use it because everyone was trained correctly.
I won't buy KFC again, last Tuesday I bought the $9.95 9 pieces and they were all small and 1/2 of them were very dry, infact I think they were old.

With this KFC app, will it let me choose how many pieces of certain parts of a chicken (thighs, wings, etc.) that I would prefer to have more of?
Just received an email stating this offer is about to end. No date was mentioned in the e-mail, but I would assume that next Monday would be the last day to get it. First the $1 chips disappeared, now this. :(
