Brisbane city has about 4 x left on shelves.
          Bloody big box!

        • @TrailerTrash: Brisbane is all sold out, I managed to grab the last one about an hour ago. They had 4 of the Attack on Hoth sets left when I was there.

    • chadstone has one left, battered box but some guy was looking at it and getting a markdown from staff member. glen sold out, knox sold out, wavos sold out!

      • online shows instock everywhere, I believe they are just hiding stock

        • or they cant find it
or the online stock checker is trash

        • @aussman: whatever the reason, their online is not worth trusting. granted, they have good things on sale but go in store and ask for them to check, they'll go 'uh, like we sold out of dat n dat' or they'll go 'uh, did ya check our website?'

sigh, anyway, best to ring and check, but even then, seems like their toy dept staff are pretty much 'sorry cant help you, bye'

        • @imnotarobot69:
best to go to the customer service desk at least they go and look out the back

        • @aussman: yea I like to think they do. Least I can say target staff are indubitably MORE HELPFUL than toysrus in general..and thats saying alot blech

Looks like the prices are mostly the same as last week's. Oh well.

        Thanks, TA

        • The gaming event that started last Thursday goes until 30 April, so it's unlikely there will be too many price changes anytime soon.

  • where is the catalogue?

  • "Lego Star Wars Assault on Hoth $199"
    Where is it? :(

      • Legend… thank you!

Probably not worth it even at that price point. Price per brick is… okay, but it's the worst received UCS set by a country mile. Most of the vignettes have been included in previous Hoth sets, and too much of the piece count is generic white bricks.

      • Well Hoth is a snow and ice ridden planet.

        • Those mono white bricks are inflating its peace count, and can be bought in their hundreds, much cheaper, in builder boxes. The other pieces have all appeared in smaller Hoth sets previously.

Man the shops really are pushing the association now, first Easter eggs, now Easter toys, poor old Jesus would be turning in his cave

He will rise to the occasion.

      • haha!

      • and drive the Easter egg lenders from the temple

    • You should go get the giant kinder surprises at shiploads.

      • How much?

        • Didn't keep the receipt. Somewhere around $2.40-$3.10 from memory.

  • Why can't I see the catalogue on their website or app? I've bought one of those $85 ebay groupon and was planning on using it to buy some toys for the little one from Target. I'm hyperventilating thinking of the bargains I can have combining that with the toy sale. Now, Where do I see the catalogue? I went to check my letterbox twice!!!

thanks TA. Link of the catalogues are here so you don't have to keep answering every question: https://www.target.com.au/catalogues

    • my apologies TA. I scanned the catalogue page looking for an Easter sale or Toy sale heading.

  • Awesome price on the Lego Bat Cave @ $199. I've added some stuff to my ebay cart in hopes they update their prices tomorrow too to take advantage of the further 5% off.

  • Was tempted by the 50% the HOTH set, my favourite Star Wars lego setting, but note the review are universally that the set is terrible

    • Yeah don't waste your money on the "4 in 1" updated pack.

  • All bat caves and hoth sets sold out at southland when I got there at 8.
They only had 2 of each set.

Some guy had a huge trolley of lego and said they were sold out. I should have have checked his trolley.

    • same, some guy wheeled out a trolley of batman movie legos but had two classics in there too. lucky fella made off with the last two! this was at the glen at 810am

    • They had no hoth at Southland and 3 batcaves I got the third

      • lucky ducky lol, grabbed two off chaddy on day one after negotiating nicely with the staff member there. niceness goes a long way!

  • UCS Star Wars sets might be in demand in the future when they're no longer available and given its retail price in the USA is $249, it's not a bad price when considering the X-rate of 0.75USD for 1AUD. I picked up a Hoth set at BONDI and there were plenty left this afternoon.

  • The UCS tie fighter was tempting…

  • There was 8 Star Wars Hoth sets available on the shelf in Casey Central last night, no Bat caves though.
None of either at Fountain Gate.

  • Still a few Bat Caves and alot of Hoths @ Target Glenorchy TAS
