        umm code doesnt work.
im going to report as expired

        • +1

It's actually customary to neg-vote the deal.

  • +14

Maybe the coupon code should be - C20SWINDLE. It sucks that eBay colludes with sellers to give an illusion of discounts - it greatly lowers my opinion of those involved.

    • +1

Not all sellers do it though. So you just have to be more resourceful and work out what you want to buy and see on the day if it went up in price. Or make sure that the price you getting it at is the cheapest around before purchasing.

Looked at ebay pricing for galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM G935FD from seller shopping Square

    • -1

Its just a fact that the ebay price has to include the ebay fee. If it's a bargain there, then it's just something they need to offload as it won't sell on their real website.

  • +2

I need a surface pro 4 keyboard missed out the last deal.

  • I wonder if I'll be able to find a Hema HX1!

    • I wonder of I'll be able to find a bargain

  • +5

I did need a SSD, but I just can't support their inflated prices.

    • +2

The question is: Is the price in the end still the cheapest?

      • +6

Maybe a few dollars or so, but for that, I wouldn't buy outta principle. Better off holding off till they drop again…

  • +2

Most prices are pretty high tbh…

    • You think these prices are high ? Wait 'til tomorrow's jacked prices.
expect many goods over RRP (before vouchers)

      • +1

usually a good 15% over RRP

guys anyone looking for a sound bar, check this out, only 3 units left, can't be bothered to post it.

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Yamaha-YAS-106-Sound-Bar-with-Vir…

at this price (with the C20tek code) it is actually slightly cheaper than getting it imported.

I've just got one from Binglee yesterday via online chat and purchase, therefore still waiting for mine..wish i had waited a few more days.

    • Bought this! Thanks. Seller didn't jack up their prices either =)

      • you're welcome. it was actually jacked up around 6days ago, it was 298 or something if not mistaken, while the TGG, HN and Binglee was still selling it at 328 that time until now (i guess $328 is a normal price in Australia) I should hold for 1 more day before pulling my trigger with Binglee's 15hrs sale 2days ago. Binglee was out of stock, however via online chat they managed to still give me discount and complete the purchase. It's just that i'm still waiting for their new stock coming in. ps: and i paid $10 for delivery..

well, with my purchase from Binglee and yours from custom_hometheater via C20TEK, this soundbar is actually better deal than importing from overseas.

        • This soundbar is great value. $263 still saved $$ cheers mate.

  • +6

Should bold the stores that usually don't price jack in the original post to see how many stores are actually going to have reasonable specials lol

  • Perfect timing, looking for draytek routers and ubiquiti switches can't seem to find any though

    • I am gonna get a ubiquiti switch, too.

Why are you going with them?

    • I'm thinking of getting netgear Orbi or Ubiquiti Amplifi. Hopefully the price does not get inflated first

@altomic: I blame the website I used to calculate the syllables per vendor name. But kudos for taking the time to validate my list ;-)

          Do you really say "the-a-ter"?

Hey guys, has anyone bought an air/dust purifier before? If so any recommendations on specific models/brands?

no i have a fully functioning nose.

If so any recommendations on specific models/brands?

You forgot to mention the brand of your nose?

    • Yeah I bought a Daikin MC70 that i'm pretty happy with, it does seem to help with the amount of dust in the house

  • Ssd discount when?

    • +2

They are higher than usual prices atm, it'll sort itself out. Haven't had an SSD deal in several weeks I believe.

      • Ya it's still more expensive then buying them from MSY & from last 20% off ebay sale.

The Crucial MX300 Series 525GB was $159.20 from last ebay sale & now it's $191.2 with 20% discount.

So much regrets so buying it the last time

        • I'd suggesting holding off till they reduce again. It'll happen.

        • @scuderiarmani:

I have become a skeleton naw.

Btw msy has them for $195 so ebay a bit cheaper. My error

Guys, help me choose between below. only difference i see is 2Gb vs 4gb Graphics card but the price difference is $200

    $1999 ($1600) MSI GP72 7RD-405AU Leopard 17.3" i7 8GB 128GB 1TB GTX 1050 4GB W10 Gaming Laptop
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MSI-GP72-7RD-405AU-Leopard-17-3-i…

    —or—

    $1719 ($1375) MSI GL72 7RD-400AU 17.3" FHD i7-7700HQ 8GB 1TB GTX 1050 2GB Win 10 Gaming Laptop
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MSI-GL72-7RD-400AU-17-3-FHD-i7-77…

    • +1

No, the $1999 one has a hybrid storage (128GBSSD + 1 TB HDD) as well.

Honestly you are only getting a small discount on both of them since the listed price is inflated.

      • You are right about the inflated price
MSI GP72 7RD-405AU Leopard is selling for $1,776.95 at MegaBuy. If I apply 20% on this one, I would get it for $1600 which is $176 less than MegaBuy. Still worth?

        • It depends on your priorities (e.g. portability, screen size, requirements for discrete GPU, budget, optical drives or when you need it)

The benchmark for mid range gaming laptops for me is the Dell Inspiron 15 gaming - compared to the GP72 7RD-405AU it has more ram and a better GPU, though at a smaller screen size at a lower listed price and likely better after sales support. I would consider waiting for a sale on Dell (or pay attention to their outlet) if you don't need it right now.

If you must get it now and $1600 is acceptable to you then I would think it is a good deal. Alternatively, this one has a smaller screen but 16gb ram (though they cheaped out for 2133mhz) for the same price, which should give you better performance.

The search link is now live so you can browse all your options :)

    • +1

The $1719 one has a ~50% larger battery (60Wh vs 41Wh). The more expensive one seems to have a backlit keyboard (and as Fiximol pointed out, an SSD which I'd consider a must these days).

  • Need a battery recharger for my AAAs to use at work. How cheap is that!

    • I dunno, how cheap is it? =p

  • Here we go again.

    • I scored a pair for $343 (down from $429) from itglobalsale before they jacked the price up to $503.

      • …Spoke too soon. He's claiming out of stock even though it's relisted at the higher price.

  • +2

Absolute rubbish, after price jacking you maybe lucky to get 2% off

Anyone had much experience with them? Cheers

      Indeed.

Just another NSA collabotor caught with their pants down. Far easier to list who isn't spying these days. They are all in on it. Now back to our regularly-scheduled ripoff merchants with fake discounts.

  • I'm in the market for a router atm
Currently in the good reputation box I researched to be: Asus RT-AC68U, the NetGear R7000(questionable), and the TP-Link C9. All three seem to have decent but not great price reductions this round.
Anyone know any other decent routers that might be under this deal?

  • Hello Guys,
Is there any easy way to find smart watch and GPS for this deal?

    Thanks

  • That's great. I just wanna buy a bose QC35 for my birthday.

    • +1

Lol why do you have to buy it for your own birthday? Can't you get someone else to get it?
