    I've had the worst experiences from Vapianos King Street. Like I understand it's free (like from the Rio Olympics deal), but you're made to stand in line for close to an hour, then have another 20 minute line to pay/hand in your card at the end. Have a look at their god awful Facebook reviews.

    Most flawed business model ever, entirely built around the needs of the business and not the customer. Whenever anyone complains they get the same response that Vapiano are currently reviewing their business processes (and have been for the last few years apparently).

    But it is free ultimately, so it still is a good deal. Just wanted to warn people who haven't been before.

      Yeah, they are very slow at the pastas as they make them one by one and you need to wait in line while being prepared. I always get pizza so I can order and then sit and wait for it to be ready (via a buzzer). They should just take the pasta orders like they do with pizza and then ring the buzzer.
