  • Can I keep my own number to this plan?

    • Yes, same as any plan.

  • How long does it take to get your recharge code?

    • I order mine almost a day ago, payment went through straight away still waiting for order comfirmation from lebara and the code, who knows how much longer it'll be.

      • Got mine on Monday after ordering Friday evening and my port over happened pretty quick within 20 minutes

  • How long expiry date for the recharge code?

I am on $4.90 for 30 days 5 Gb data. Can I still take this offer when my current plan expires?

    • +1

Yep, should be able to just stick the code in straight away and it [should] then apply automatically next month/ when your current plan expires.

  • Sorry for the noob question, but I am new to prepaid. If I buy this, will I still have to manually recharge online every 30 days, or will it auto-recharge? After 360 days, if I decide to stay on Lebara, will it default back to the $29.90 30day plan, and recharge automatically? Thanks in advance.

    • If you buy the long term plan, you stick the code in once and don't have to worry till it expires, after expiring you have to manually recharge or setup auto-recharge to whatever plan you choose.

      • Awesome, appreciate it!

The price has reverted to $300 but the website says that there are 5 hours left on the promotion. I contacted them via Facebook to see if they will honor the correct $199 price in the morning.

      It's now $239 :\

      • It's $239 for both 5MB and 7MB. Weird!

They replied to me on Facebook and are refusing to honour the $199 price because it was a "website glitch". Screw this company.

    • Same here! I have been trying to buy since midnight yesterday - i asked for a coupon code hopefully I get this!!

They replied to me on Facebook and are refusing to honour the $199 price because it was a "website glitch". I told them that they are going to lose a customer unless they honour the price that was advertised.
