Yeah definitely different to the one in the picture (which has B and O speakers and looks like a metal body) although the specs are exactly as described
So I was not expecting to receive the one pictured because there was no mention of B and O speakers or a metal body in the description so I had assumed it was an error.
Has anyone received their invoice yet? Microsoft sent me a message saying they have but I still cannot see it…
They directly emailed me the tax invoice after I sent them a message via eBay. Did you receive an email (one that is registered to your eBay account) containing the tax invoice from them?
No there was no invoice. I've double checked the email

There were over 600 sold has anyone received a new untouched laptop with full 12 months warranty showing online.
Now that I have looked at mine more closely, there was a strange fingerprint/smudge on the bottom left hand corner.

Yeah I got the same not much of an invoice hope its good enough for claiming trs. It states a nbn and gst amount so should be ok . My laptop has been delivered to home but I'm still in Philippines.
Yeah I had the same concern but it lists the ABN and GST amount so should suffice as a tax invoice hopefully.

My warranty expires January 27, 2018. I was going to give this to my daughter to use for school next year. The warranty would have expired even before she opened it. Going back to Microsoft.
Contact them get in writing that it has a 12 month warranty.
Ok back from Philippines this morning got home checked out laptop ,same as everyone else been opened and re-sealed looks and smells brand new no marks checked online 7 months warranty left I emailed them saying it is advertised with 12 months warranty ,see what reply I get if any.
Plugged mine in turned it on but its asking for windows key and I can't find it anywhere.
Connect the Machine to the internet, normally it will activate the system in several minutes by itself
I did that it said something about missing serial number
Received mine today. The HP seal on mine was also broken, but it looked brand new. As well mine also showed 7 months warranty left on the HP website. Did anyone also realise that the laptop looked different to the one listed? (trackpad and colour scheme doesn't look like the one shown).
