OzBargain: In The News

For anyone who missed our announcements in the newsletter/social media, OzBargain was mentioned on The Today Show as well as in Pedestrian.TV. We had no idea about the first one but for the 2nd one, Scotty gave an interview for Pedestrian.TV. Things like Broden and the community's obsession with Eneloops are discussed. Anyway, check it out.

P.S. OzBargain doesn't have an app. Weird that they put 2 unofficial OzB apps on-screen.

Nice one Scotty/OZb. Pretty good article on pedestrian.tv., it was pretty fair and informative journalism. Didn't click the Today show, can't stand that trash.

Ozbargain only got a very quick mention on the Show. They also had a screenshot of an unofficial app as opposed to the website. Aargh.

      Also, Adobe Flash :(

        Fixed the link.

Iknowthepilot is the blog of I Want That Flight.

Choovie deal offering movies from $6.25 but limited in the amount of theatres.

Don't know much about the other 2 sites.

    Love the last tag

  • Nice!

  • Ka-ching!

  • he's more keen with the website being a smaller, community-based enterprise than being anything that'd challenge any social media giant.

Good. Catch Of The Day used to be good until countless ACA stories turned it into rip off central.

Would have loved a real video interview with Scotty but I imagine him to be quite shy.

Maybe that's a hint of where the future lies? get on it

The mobile website is good enough, don't see what an app could do better

meaningless without a listing on the "App store"(s ). Even if it's just a wrapper you need something there to be counted as a presence these days

Pffft, amateurs. The real bargain expert is Jo Munro and her site.

Seriously though, I can't believe they keep putting her on and all she talks about is official clearance stores and COTD. Way to go "expert".

  • Good read, thanks.
