VS for Men The Barber Cut Hair Clipping Kit $19 + Shipping @ Harvey Norman

20

A very basic set, but they have a few more on the site. Shipping to me was $7.95-14.95 depending on the set. Check elsewhere though as these seem to be very cheap most places. Problem is there are a ludicrous array of models.

They have a comp to win a Royal Enfield motorbike, Hitachi cordless set (now that's what I call prizes!) and a mag sub.

  • Last clipper I got has ceramic blades and is lithium cordless. These ones: $70 odd delivered.

Seems still sharp where the steel ones I've had gradually become blunt. It's converted me to cordless and ceramic.

Which one is better? Reminton high precision or VS For Men Deluxe Clipper

I reckon at that level, not much in it. The VS has the trimmer, but I'm not sure how much use it would be. Personally at that price I would go for this one. Cordless is very handy for doing the back and the titanium (presumably coated) blades might keep their sharpness longer. However it doesn't say it's lithium-Ion so its probably not in which case I wouldn't get it. :-)

That Remington looks just like the one from Kmart. $24 at Kmart though with a trouble free return, refund, exchange..etc.

I can vouch for the Remington very good quality, the High Precsicion is one step up from the base model Remington and it is night and day difference in cutting abilty, I have had both Remingtons.
