  I cant even see the option to redeem points for HH points, let alone the promotion…

      Yeah, but the past is the past. After the citi devaluation it's not like it'll go back to those levels. Thus, for the present time it's probably as good as you'll get.

  Citibank used to give 0% balance transfer but now they don't…
