I use these guys and they've got integration with Ebay ordes, my website (Shopify) and Xero - such an easy user interface and I get parcels picked up most days and avoid going to the post office (it's also cheaper)

    Great company!

  • how do you get the free 12 month sendle premium?
btw, use sendle all the time and they are good and cheaper.

    • Says this in the FAQ's

      Is my first order free?

Yes! Your first eBay delivery will be free and, as an eBay seller, you won’t be charged for your Sendle Premium account.

  • I started using sendle for the first time recently and they are not reliable at all. Scheduled for parcel pick up on Monday and it was cancelled 4 times from Monday to Thursday until Friday came when the parcel was finally collected. Also be mindful that their insurance policy will only cover you for lost item and not for damages during transit.

Don't forget their $100 excess as well

    • This comes down to your local courier. Tell sendle and I'd expect they'd have a word with the courier if it keeps happening.

  • How similar are these guys to Temndo?

Temando is useful for larger freight items. If you would like a decent platform that's more reliable and gives better value than Sendle, check out Shippit.

Ok, thanks! I've actually used Temando for shipping very small parcels and had a lot of success given its cheaper, faster and easier than AusPost. Perhaps it depends where you're located. Will consider Shippit next time too.
