I had windows phones since windows mobile 6. After 4 generations, they just kept going backwards and 10 was the last straw. They removed most of what was unique about it so it became like android, but with no apps. So i just went android.
No stores in Sydney. The only one in NSW is Preston.

A quick search shows that there is 4+ in Sydney? Are these just ones missing from the app?
Can see Burger edge in Haymarket, Bondi, Sydney Central and Randwick.
I believe those were old stores. I checked the BurgerEdge website and couldn't find them. They are also not listed in the app as available locations.
That's weird, why would they shut down the most popular locations?

I am near Karawara and it is not coming up on the app which is weird. Store in Harbour town is but there was a burger edge in the city as well. Should still be there?
Haven't downloaded the app so can't tell you, but it is still listed on the website? When I clicked on 'WA' the only store to be shown was Karawara.
Enex100 Burger edge says permanently closed. Karawara isn't coming up on the app and you're right it is listed as the only store on their site. Harbour town only shows on my app.

Harbour Town (Water Town) is also shut. The only store left is Karawara and they are opening another one soon some where near a highway. I was shocked to see how many of their stores have closed as I needed to use my Scoopon vouchers.
@davicta: Karawara store is good. We used the scoopon vouchers there no problem. Really good service.

Bad reviews on Google saying stores didn't accept credit

Burger was good but Prestons store is attached to a serve, not quite what I expected

Just tried to redeem at Glen Waverley Store and the guy said he couldn't honour it because they're having technical issues with the app.
I redeemed at King St - Melbourne CBD.
The app is pretty average, you can't click on an item to view it and then back without having to start the order process again but I got a chicken deluxe burger (11.50) and got charged the extra $1.50 through my chosen payment method (paypal).
I ordered and was seemingly charged the full amount no credit. Have messaged their customer service team on facebook hmmm
