Just to let you know that the NOTE 8 TELSTRA pack contained a transparent bumper case that I almost discarded, as it was hidden inside of what I thought was a spacer box.
Protects corners and sides, looks good, too

It's there as standard I believe, got mine from Vodafone and had it too.

Always keep the box and all of its contents. I wouldn't discard anything. I keep all the plastic bags and cable twists etc. When it comes to selling later on it looks so much more appealing than just a phone and "I'll Chuck in the charger if I can find it before the auction ends"
YES! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this post. Nearly went to shops to buy a $50 case because the ebay seller stuffed up my order and I couldn't wait anymore.
