    For the other people who also chose the Google Home Mini and had the points (accidentally?) credited to the rewards account as well, were your points also manually taken away by Woolworths? I noticed when I logged on that there was a manual credit of -5744 on the 10th (making my points 0).

      Yes my account is showing -1632 when I log into the website. Started about a week ago. I was very confused. I don't see any manual credit in the recent activity though.

          Mine was sent through Australia Post from Oakleigh South. I'm not sure if that's where they're all being sent from, but hopefully yours will arrive soon!

          @hogwarts: No, just the original email saying the Mini is on it's way (after doing the 4 weeks spend to qualify) and it said "Your Google Home Mini will be sent to your nominated delivery address by 24/11/17."
          What do you mean "What service?" - StarTrack was the delivery service company as mentioned.

          Current YouTube Red offer with it is only for one month free (I haven't taken it up). Waiting for the next 6 month offer for a new account as it it looks like the other ones on OzB have expired.

          I got an email on the 14th also. Just now I've got a delivery notification from AusPost for a package from Synnex to be delivered tomorrow. It shows that AusPost only received the shipping information yesterday hence it appears they are a week behind in shipments, at least in MEL.

    Hmm still waiting for any confirmation my Google Mini is on the way.

      You can click on people's username to see their location, a few people have. I am still waiting for anything besides the initial email. Also is says "sent" so that doesn't mean they will arrive by that date.

    I'm also in Melbourne and I haven't received the GHM yet (I got the "on its way" email last Tuesday 14).

    I'm concerned that my delivery address on my Rewards profile wasn't up to date; however, I remember they asked me for my address (I used my current one) when I activated this targeted promo.

    Hopefully I'll get it today.

    P.S.: Savas you are right. I thought it said "will be delivered by" but it's just "sent by". I don't understand what's the purpose of last Tuesday email then.

I guess it was good making sure to get a confirmation the google home mini will be posted, some people said they didn't get that email so maybe they didn't follow all the conditions. I am also worried about my delivery address except the opposite problem, I quickly entered my address in the promo but when I went back to check you couldn't access the page. it is confusing because the guy said they use the address on WR profile but then he said he was wrong, they seem to know nothing about the promotion.

      I wouldn't be too concerned yet because I think we should get an email or text with tracking information, but I am guessing this means we wont get it today.

        I think I will call woollies customer service to ask if I haven't received the google mini home.

    I just spoke to Woolworths Rewards support and was told due to the volume of interest in the promotion the Google Home Mini delivery date could be as late as the 19th of December.

      Thank you for the feedback WexRen. I think it's a bad strategy to tell people the GHMs are on their way and then make people wait 1+ month.

      In any case, nothing was waiting for me on Friday. Back to the check the mail everyday game.

      I just hope that someone else is not enjoying my GHM (possibly sent to my old address).

        George from woolies live chat has just told me:"George: "Hi Greg, I do apologies for any inconvenience caused, But I do know there was a delay in shipping. It was shipped out on the 24/11/17 so you should receive it by the 01/12/17"

        Hard to believe since I got 2 confirmation emails for my 2 Google Home Minis both on the 14/11 and one of the 2 arrived a few days later.

      I got that email on the same day too. Have not received it yet and have not received any tracking numbers either.
      Called Woolworths support and they said that the last all the units have been shipped out already last week to everyone that participated. If it still hasn't come in a couple of days, we should lodge a report… grrrrr. Very disappointed with how this scheme is handled. I will be leaving on a trip by the end of the week….

      Anyone else in WA got theirs yet? Did you get a otw message with tracking details?

    Just received my second mini now, NSW Central Coast. Looks like it was despatched yesterday 29-Nov-17 11:05 which makes it 24 hour delivery which is impressive for Aus Post.

    I qualified for both the 4 week and 2 week promotions plus OH already received hers from 4 week promo. I'm expecting a 4th after doing the $300 shop next weeks. Kids will be excited.

    Hopefully others start getting theirs soon.

    Shameful. Woolworths, if you don't have enough minis for your promotion, you shouldn't be running another promotion for more minis for $300 immediately after.

        My experience was more traumatic with Woolworth staff having to manually submit a request because their pathetic system didn't register my qualification for the mini in the first place.
        Essentially I would have gotten nothing if I didn't contact Woolworth over the course of 3 weeks and even now they're adamant that everything is out of their hands and I should just wait until I get it.

        Don't think I'll shop with Woolworth ever again.
