        • They said I'm not eligible and the email support absolutely sucks takes a week for a reply. I think ill call have battle with someone about my google home mini

          Definitely call them or use online support, don't bother with email, it's absolute garbage.
          Do not ever end the call without a solid response on being on the list of to be delivered or some half-assed attempt to get you off the line, absolutely get confirmation.

          Called them this morning and was told due to my pickup times etc I was ineligible and there was nothing she could do to assist me… Pretty poor support all round ive mentioned I will be canceling my Woolies credit card and woolies rewards in the coming weeks just feel dicked around to spend alot in their stores for nothing..
          I think next time I should call and request a manager because this is just bullshit

    I received mine today (Adelaide Hills) I didn't get any notifications it was just sitting by my front door when I got home from work.

      Mine has arrived 11/12, no notifications of it being on its way though.

      Supposedly 19/12 is the day of delivery, after that we're good to complain if its not here.

      • I know, I'm just expecting the worst considering I've been told by several Woolworths Reps that it would be delivered on 24/11, 1/12, and 19/12. I'm half betting when 19/12 rolls around we'll be told 1/1/18.

        I was also fishing to see if anyone new had gotten one recently so we can confirm they are indeed still being sent out.

Apparently I bought mobile recharges (which are excluded) however this isn't true! Maybe they can't meet demand and they're trying to get out of sending some of them.           Same here, must be some magic voodoo we need to do to receive compensation.

          I did have one Rep tell me it was nice that Woolworths was giving away free things, though… Think someone else had a similar sort of comment too.

    But if I don't I could contact Woolworths rewards and be told to expect it in Feb….

  • Hmm I qualified for the Google mini on 6 November. First there was a delay and I was told it will come by 17 December.

    Now I'm told 15 January.

    Meanwhile these devices are coming down in price rapidly.

    I hope Woolworths could give me the home mini AND 6000 pts as compensation.

      This really needs to get more attention. They are screwing over so many customers by the looks of it.
