Ergoflex Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress $862 Delivered

10
FRENZY

One of the better memory foam mattresses. Other sizes available at 25% off normal price.

I have an older model and love it. Some don't, but like most of these companies they have a trial period. Less likely to suit warmer climates.

I recommend the cover and pillows (though that's a very personal thing).

This is part of Click Frenzy deals for 2017

  • these foam mattresses ok to be baked by sunlight in the morning ?

    • Covered by bedding should be ok. Worst thing that'll happen is it'll soften them ready for a sleep as they mould according to body heat.

I got the email about the 25% off, but it looks like they increased the "normal" price, such that the actual price is not that good. I bought a single mattress from them for $500 delivered about 1.5 years ago, so I know what they used to charge. Fairly sure their 5G version (newer) was on special for $600 for a single not long ago, but it's more expensive today with 25% off.

    • Price hiking is not good.
But how is the mattress? Is it too soft after a year?

      • I think so. My daughter uses it, and she has no measurable body weight.
It's made of better foam than competitors. Dense and heavy.

      • I’m 83kg and no dents after 4.5 years, though I alternate sides so it’s more like 2.25 years wear.

Another issue is you shouldn’t use an electric blanket with them, but I sometimes put an electric throw in on high for 5-10 mins before getting in, or occasionally between top sheet and quilt.

I had this. Quite hot during summer.

    • I've had the same experience and my next mattress certainly won't be a memory foam one.

Im pretty sire this is higher than normal… we got one a month ago for $850 (queen) delivered.

So far a good mattress. We had a terrible time over the past 4years with initially a King Koil then replaced with a Sealy. Both had massive sink holes after about 2months. Partner and I are around 80kg.

  • My Queen is 4.5 years old and good as new. I paid $1127 then (2 pillows included). I alternate sides so I don't create a valley.

The only issue I have is because here in Tas if under the bed is very cold if you don't lift them to air they can get mould under (any mattress can). These are quite heavy and wobbly to lift.

    • mould even on slats base ?

      • That would help as would heating in the room that can circulate under the bed. My base is solid ply.

        • Mold eats cellulose (wood), makes sense then if it's on a plywood base with no ventilation
