Resident Evil Revelations Collection Switch

So I am considering getting this game from OGS but it is the NTSC (US) version.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue however RER2 is provided as a download code only which might require a US Nintendo account.

Can anyone confirm of it is possible to download the second game with an Australian account?

Create a US Nintendo account through My Nintendo and add it to your Switch.
When creating the account and logging into the eShop, make sure you select your state as Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire or Oregon, and enter a postcode within the state you chose because they have 0% sales tax.

  Or buy RER from the Australian eShop for $24.95 (use a card that does not have international trasaction fees or buy credit from EBGames\JB Hi Fi) and buy RER2 from the US eShop for $26.06 (using credit from PCGameSupply)

    Thanks, but I prefer physical releases.
    I'm actually reconsidering buying it at all because Part 2 is digital only.

Are either of these RE ports for Switch any good? I didn't even know they were coming out.
