Looking for a new TV, how is this for horizontal panning? With my current Samsung Series 5 one I get terrible jitter. I think it's one of the base models that don't have much you can adjust. This is with 1080p HDMI input from a media player, gone though three ranging from x86 Atom to the newer cheapo arm S905(X) ones. They all exhibit the same behaviour so I think it's the telly. I've asked others whether they can see it and almost all have said no, so maybe I'm just sensitive to it. The PS3 cut-scenes etc are fine though for some reason. I can't stand the "soap opera" effect so I don't want that either.
So when people say this model is BAD DON'T BUY IT, what's the base of comparison? It's a tempting deal for the price but then again a fair bit of dollars wasted if it's crap.
