Sony SEL85F18 FE 85mm f/1.8 Lens, I believe it's the lowest ever for local stock, even cheaper than many oversea graystock suppliers. Very good portrait prime lens according to various reviews, would fit both FE and E mount camera nicely.

My FE 50mm is also slow and inaccurate at focusing. Has a crappy focus motor.
Tempted to get the 85mm but don't want to shell out if it has the same issue

Assuming you mean mix and match gift cards purchased from JB Hifi and elsewhere, yes you can. JB allows stacking multiple gift cards onto your checkout. I applied 1 x $500 and 2 x $100 gift cards to make this purchase.

From history looks like they do it on March and November. But if I were you, I'd try and call them first and see if they would give a discount over the phone. If you never ask, you'll never know. They might give you a deal especially since the sale wasn't too long ago.
