Lodged a price-match Sat morning with Live Chat.
5 days later and still no email verification of the match, let alone the refund clearing into my account.
Live Chat are now refusing to assist with price-match inquiries and directing you to the Customer First team.
I tried them on chat (got transferred) and on the phone and after 30 mins on each didn't get through.
I then used the call back option on the phone and its been an hour and nothing. Might be time for a Facebook complaint.
Anyone else is a similar position?
Been doing that for last couple of days. My order was rerouted to another store. Rang the new store this morning and they gonna send ASAP.
Finally got through to the Customer First team and they were very helpful. Processed my partial refund right there and then on the spot and received email confirmation. Apparently they're very understaffed atm.

Bought at $479 and matched down to Big W $449, then matched down to HN $419 2 days later, but this one got hung up until now.
Big W still has the PS4 Pro GT Sport bundle for $449 and the avg sale price on ebay for GT Sport is $49, so I’d say that’s the best deal for now. Or you could hold out til boxing day and see what happens.

Try chatting to different rep. They said the same thing to me when trying to match $419. I was going off, then he was like…wait 10-15 mins…the price gonna change…and was $419 for that weekend
