    • Amazon hasn't even started yet. They're only selling products from independent sellers. Once Amazon starts to actually sell their own products then you'll see a major price difference.

  • +1

    last year was 20% :(

  • Would this overwrite the POWERUP 20% off or will that end today?

    • I think only can use one CODE.

    • +1

POWERUP is slated to end Wednesday night, but only applies to a few sellers.

  • What happens if you buy now, leave it in your cart and wait until tomorrow to add your coupon and check out?

    Avoids price jacking?

    • It will be revised and won't work.

    • +1

It worked for me last time but I don't know this time.

    • Deleted

    • +1

It worked. I added things with Buy It Now 24+ hours ago (but didn't pay), and the coupon started working today, so I could check out with 10% off.

Looks like a way to avoid price jacking (assuming it locks in the price for you).

  • +1

Does the one transaction mean can only purchase from one seller to $75+?
Or can buy from multiple sellers and checkout to pay cart $75+ once?
    Thanks

    • +1

can buy from multiple sellers and checkout to pay cart $75.

    • As long as the total cart comes to $75 or over its fine. Can be multiple sellers eg, $25 from one seller and $50 from the other

      • +1

just be aware if you use the cart, that the items all need to be in the same currency or when you go to pay the cart will group the items in respective currencies and break your $75 apart making the code not work.

        • Yep forgot about that if he is purchasing from overseas aswell

  • If you pay in USD, are you still eligible for the discount?

    • I've previously been able to use USD through ebay.com.au. You'll be able to check before you pay if it'll accept the code.

  • Will eBay gift cards work with this?

    • Deleted

    • -1

I'm pretty sure you need to pay with PayPal for coupons to work, so no

    • ebay gift cards will work with a coupon. Technically there's a limit of 8 incentive codes (eg. 7 GCs and 1 disc code), but I have managed used 8 GCs and 1 disc code successfully. The ebay GCs give good fx rates for USD purchases (on par with xe.com). So finding them pretty awesome.

  • +1

    When does it end?

  • Does that mean we don't have to use Paypal in order to use this code?

    • Usually yes you must pay with PayPal who apply discount.

  • What would be a cheap upgrade from LG G3? Good battery life is important.

    • Redmi note4x, upgrade in every way except camera imo, screen is on par at least.

  • +2

Will this work on iPhone X?

  • +1

Is there a chance the track could bend?

    • +1

Not on your life my Hindu friend!

      • What about us brain-dead slobs?

  • Hmmm a weather station might be on the cards now.

  • +1

Does anyone know if the code will work if I win an auction today but pay for it tomorrow? I couldn't find anything in the T&C's :/

    • +1

By past experience yes. I had won an auction. I was planning pay on pickup for a bulky item when 18% site deal came.

I then paid by PayPal and used the code successfully.

  • -5

Wooo got an iphone x for 1550 on ebay new, 256gb. Could've gotten more off!

  • does this mean the item I'm trying to sell will be 10% cheaper to anyone buying it? might drop the price so another 10% looks awesome, and get the sale over and done with.

    • +5

Whoah. No you are meant to price jack. ;-)

      • i just want it to be gone!

  • -1

So codes active tomorrow , can i use it on Used goods and imports ?

  • How long is the offer period ?

  • Wonder if JB will price match eBay prices of other big retailers online stores like Bing lee and TGG, would get a really great deal on the Sony X9000E I've been keeping an eye on for a while. Actually really disappointed there isn't a sale that has topped the black Friday deal or even the one not long after it of $1400 ish.

    • haha they always find the excuse to not to price match
worth giving them a call if u want

      • Yeah the last JB I went to refused to price match the Telstra 4G stick often seen for $9. Tried to charge me $79…

    • i reckon you should ring and ask. it feels to me that ive been the only one to have had a good experience. i recently purchased a set of sony h.ear on 2s from jb through price match. they were advertised for $350 at JB however were $325 at videopro with a 20% coupon, so they ended up being $260. asked if they needed a link or any proof and they said no as it was still above their cost price. so long story short just ask you never know, i was hesitant at first but i honestly couldnt wait to purchase so i just gave it a shot.

  • +2

when does this start - -

  • +4

Anyone knows what time the eBay codes will start working on Boxing Day ?

    • No idea when or if. Wouldn’t be the first time someone has posted an eBay deal, hundreds have up voted for there to be no deal at all.

  • Any good deal on ds918+

  • has it started yet?

  • Could someone please link me to a latest genuine Samsung wireless charger listing? So hard to tell for sure.

    • +2

      1) Search for it
      2) Pick a listing
      3) Look at seller feedback for the charger.
      4) If even one person leaves negative feedback regarding its authenticity, go back to step 2

  • Doesn't work for me, can anyone confirm this code?

    • +3

Are you serious, for someone who has been a member since 2012? Did you even bother to check what time the deal starts in the description?

      • Can you point me to it?

        • +2

Above the Report/Bookmark/Reminder/Hide links and below the tags it has "From 26 Dec 10:00am".

        • @f4te: Thanks

        • @f4te: confirmed or assumed?

      • Where does it say?

        • The deal has been edited after it didn't go online at 10am. Before that the start time was there where @f4te has mentioned above.

    • 1020 and not working for me

  • Why an uncommitted end date… Poor planning.

    • Less hammering.

      • Just gotta refill the pipes mate

    • +2

If it's a Boxing Day sale I'd count on it ending today. If it goes for any longer, that'll be a bonus!

  • Ah bugger

    10am!

  • Got $88 of stuff in my cart. Let's go lads.

  • getting "Looks like this code isn't ready yet. Please try again later."

    • Starts 10 AM 26/12

      • Nope, just tried it at 10:04, it said "This code can't be applied to your order."

        • You're right, it isn't still working as of now, but it wasn't ready when that person tried it since the sale was supposed to start at 10am. Even the messages are different.

        • Didn’t work on my laptop but it worked on my phone now

  • Code is still not working - its past 10 am.

  • +3

Tried to buy from an individual seller - This code cannot be applied to your order. WTF - thought this was ebay-wide.

    • I got the same, now 1030

      • Having the same problem, code can’t be applied. Are they pulling us all in to a virtual queue?!?

        • +1

          It's good now

  • Was going to buy a Mac on officeworks…
"This code can't be applied to your order."

    Any idea why?

    • Officeworks disabled their listings at 10am.

      • thanks! Though im sad….

  • +1

    uh oh
"This code can't be applied to your order."

    • Same issue "This code can't be applied to your order". What is happening with this promo ?

  • "This code cannot be applied to your order"

Pfft, >$75, and not in any of the categories they list. Probably an AU only thing.

    • AU stock, still does not work.

      • :( there goes that theory

    • Not working at 10.19am.

  • Not working on my officewks ebay macbk pro too.

  • +1

"The seller of this item is on holiday. If you wish to purchase this item, please contact the seller and ask to be notified when they return." Curse you Officeworks! http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/iPad-9-7-WiFi-32GB-Silver/2226425…

And what a surprise, they went on holidays exactly at 10am!

    • People seem to be happy buying the Apple items even before the Boxing Day code starts to work. For the same price, could have got from JB HiFi before the 24 Dec :(

  • +1

    +1. Same error.

  • +2

"This code cannot be applied to your order".

  • +1

Looks like the code is broken for everything, doesn't work on any item I add to cart..
