anyone know if there are other differences between 120Gb and the ones with larger drives, apart from the obvious?
The larger drives may have newer default firmware installed, which may screw you up if you intend to jailbreak. But.. I think there are downgrades available. Just make sure you don't upgrade to the latest (3.55 as of this post).

No difference between the 120/160/320 except the hdd size.
The 120 is no longer in production so I'm guessing Toys'R'Us is just clearing old stock.

My thoughts exactly, I also have already Wii, 360, PC and DS. And no time really to play with any of them. But I still want the PS3, especially for this price! Only for Gran Turismo 5 and as a BluRay player, if nothing else.
