      I think you'll easily get $1200 on gumtree/ebay for sealed AU stock. The kogan price is $1349 at the moment.

        $1200 is $50 a month over 24 months. That means you can get 15gb on Telstra for $9 a month….

          I've sold a few of them. Sealed AU stock. The 64GB ones have tended to go for $1050-$1100 and the 128GB ones for $1150-$1200. Hope that helps

    Wanted to get the Pixel but the lack of a headphone jack killed it.

      Yep use the adapter and a cheap pair of EP51s and you'll be right. I was annoyed but worth it for this phone.

    Also available from JB apparently. Spoke to a guy called Zeb at North Sydney JB when signing up to the $49/month SIM only plan and he said that the Pixel 2 XL offer is on for a few days there. The guys at JB are desperate to get sales so might be worth trying to negotiate with them.

        I bought a Pixel 2 XL last year so wasn't trying to get this deal. Overheard him talk to another staff member about the Pixel 2 XL deal while signing me up to the SIM only deal and asked him about it. Openly said that they'd love to get more sales from family or friends wanting to get the Pixel 2 XL so might be worth trying to talk them into giving a gift card in store.

      there's a max buy out but typically a certain amount per month x month left .. for instance voda is 50% of plan cost .. however it gets complicated if a mobile is involved they may want a payment for the mobile as well.

    Would this phone have all the Telstra bloat installed?

    The whole reason for Pixel would be the native offering which becomes a touch redundant if Telstra add on their software that they believe will enrich your life experience.

      I also want to know this, I purchased a phone from an online store and didnt read the fine print (ex Telstra stock) now the bloody thing starts up with the telstra splash screen etc. GRRRR

      Also, I can confirm the deal is available online, I am talking to them right now
      Further more, if you have 2 or more connections with them, they will add an additional 5GB of data

      Picked up my black Pixel 2 XL today, came with the home mini and the AIAIAI pipe earphones. To my surprise they boosted my data allowance to 20gb for being an existing Telstra customer for phone home phone and internet. Woohoo!! Amazing deal. Using the phone now to type this. It's awesome!!! :)

          @Brandiano: It's a pair of AIAIAI's. They aren't as good as the AKG's (sound quality and comfort) that Sammy throw in with their phones and they also don't have a USB C connector so you'll need to use a dongle. Having said that, free is free.

        If it's the standard pack which the Pixel 2 comes in, it'll be the handset (doesn't include earphones), a pair of AIAIAI Pipes earphones and the Google Home Mini all shrink wrapped together.
