Telecube NBN Special - 100/40 1000GB $70 - $49 Setup Fee Credit Refund

1450

Howdy Ozbargainers .. here's some discounted internet for you :-)

https://www.telecube.com.au/internet/nbn/plans/special/ozbar…

The headline acts:
100/40 1000GB $70/month
50/20 1000GB $60/month
25/5 1000GB $50/month

The data allowances are anytime and uploads are unmetered.

The setup fee will be automatically credited back to account balance and available to use in future month charges, not refundable as cash.

We've been adding decent numbers of services of late and there has been some rumblings about the support processes, I believe we are on top of it now, we've added staff and are continuing to make system changes and I believe the road forward should be relatively smooth.

We've built the network out to Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane now and have capacity to grow into at all sites.

I've just reduced the expiry date to 13th March. We will be running some more specific speed and data offers later in the week.

And My Aussie BB Month Starts On the 18th

  • Hi Rep,

I am interested, does this one has $49 setup fee refunded to next month as well? And is the upload unmetered as the deal in this post?

    Thanks.

    • That offer finishes tonight

  • Hi, Rep

I signed up on 9 Mar before this offer expired, so I think I can get $49 refund. And the service been provisioned last Friday. All good, thanks!

Can I ask a quick question? If I change plan in next few months, do I have to pay the plan changing fee?

      • Thanks mate, so should be free plan changes even I got the setup fee refund.

  • I joined on the 15th of March and still not provisioned.
No response from my latest email too.
    Connection type HFC.

    • Who is your existing HFC ISP? They can reprovision the service once your existing service fully cancelled.

It took me around 20 hours to get Internet back.

      • Previous ISP was Aussie Broadband.
Service was fully cancelled on the 15th as well.

Same as me, ABB HFC. I think I am luckily than you. A comment from Rep said it takes from 2 days to 2 weeks to get provisioned if previous ISP is ABB HFC.

My ABB service was stopped around 12am 15 Mar (I booked ABB to cancel my service on 15 Mar). Internet back at 10pm 15 Mar.

Hope you can get internet back once you get home.

        • @huhuu77: Thanks, btw did you have to do anything to your modem for connection or did it automatically connect when provisioned?

          @proximpure:

I turned off HFC modem & router all day time. When I got home 7pm, turned on them both, set PPPOE in modem setting (user name and password you can get them from TC Website if you login your account) but still no internet and I did nothing just let them on. At 10pm, I suddenly found that internet back. Received an email an hour later.

        • @huhuu77: Awesome, thanks!

  • nawww expired, any specials in the near future??

  • Hi anyone knows if we can use the normal phone plug into the Netcomm modem or it has to be a voip phone? The plug is bigger than the port itself. Can anyone help please?
