ants are kinda chilli though, but yeah they should have just eased us in with ants. I eat them by accident so often that it doens't even matter anymore.

Maybe someone at the factory spilt the ice cream on the floor and they just don't want to waste the stock?

    • The factory got infested by bugs from poor hygiene practices perhaps?

  • -_- hmm they are going to the bizarre idea list for flavours of the future.

Please don't release a curry, wanton, kebab, bolognese, pho and shashimi ice cream >_<

Have some "ice curry" it will keep you warm when you lick it lmao

    • Well there is soy sauce kitkat, sake kitkat, matcha (green tea) kitkat. So why not play with ice cream flavours?

    • Bacon ice cream. Hmmmm.

WTH is this. Its not Europe, dont bring this stuff here

  • Nope.

  • Very difficult to distinguish dirty or contaminated food from legitimate insect laden food… too risky indeed

  • Yewwww, I cant accept it. Even I wouldn’t do it if they pay me to eat it.

maccas gonna come out with the McCockroach soon

Any grape with stink bugs for Scab? :)

  • I actually tried choc with cricket, which is least disgusting looking, carefully remove insect and just eat ice cream, still got a tiny bit upset stomach, maybe I'm insect-intolerant?

    • Maybe just phychology?

      • it's not, I felt about 10 minutes right after, but then it went away. probably won't try again though, even it is free.

    • It was likely poor food handling, not the cricket.

  • Haha, I'm just here to see how you guys find of this XD

  • Maybe they can name themselves the Whizzo Icecream Company

  • This is a brilliant work of art! I love it! I would not eat it, but the joy of watching people eat it, the smug sense of satisfaction that you got the hive to eat mealworms, it is genius. If we ever reach a point in time where insects are a valid form of food, i can guarantee you there's not gonna be any icecream to make it go down easier.

  • For all the naysayers has anybody actually tried eating insects?

I've ordered some online before and honestly they just taste like trail mix.

    interesting no reviews from yday

Just had one. Can confirm was disgusting. The ice cream totally ruined the taste of the insects.

(They're out of chocolate so tried the neapolitan flavour with assorted bugs.)

    • Yeah just tried one too. Wasn't exactly "laden", I got like 3 dried indescript bugs. Not worth the effort IMO

      • What effort was required from you? Walking?

Picture in case anyone was interested.

    • Lol guys just love it how you all could get so hilarious with this insect ice cream

  • no maggots, no deal!

    • Heard maggots are creamy, might go well with ice creams lol

  • Looks like this ice cream truck hasn’t finished going around yet!
