anything from the states most likely 120V

    • "and ….. 120V I imagine."

      That's what the specs say.

This post is totally inadequate, just a handful of lines taken from the specs.

      • My apologies. Updated post with more information.

        • Thanks.

Not my requirements, the deal_posting requirements. Requirement for a step-down transformer, comparison to other prices found, stuff like that.

      Bingo.

Great price, but I personally wouldn't want to add a step-down transformer.

  • hopefully one day an atmos one will be this price

  • how do we run this unit being it not 240v

buy two and connect them in series

      • you reckon

      With a step-down transformer.

The amp is rated at 240w usage. From my understanding, you wouldn't want to run this through a step-down transformer rated at the same wattage. So a 500w step down transformer which, at some level of quality, would cost over $150.

      (EG: https://www.tortech.com.au/step-down-transformer-australia/i… - $198 + shipping)

agreed, better to go to amazon uk/one of the EU's and pay a little more for a 240v one

    Cheaper at Amazon US?

    USD $199.99 + $64.49 shipping = USD $264.49 ~= AUD $340. Still need step-down transformer.

  • Currently on sale at JB for $594.30

Wouldn't running a step down be a bad idea for this. All that noise, and I know you tighta$$es gonna go for the cheapest transformer out there lol
