  • Hi OP, anything similar or coming soon for the US?

    • Next month I promise were waiting for the order to come through :)

  • Can you make/receive calls with this?

    • Hi there

You can definitely receive calls as you will be given a UK number, however you cannot make calls using the SIM, you will have to purchase credit to make calls and texts if you wanted to do so.

We mainly sell this SIM for customers looking to hotspot or who are travelling in a group

  • Pretty sure the 3 UK SIM cards are a better deal for roughly the same price.

    • The Three UK sims are fantastic don't get us wrong!

However, they do not allow mobile hotspotting or tethering, which is a limiting factor if you want to use your laptop for anything !

Additionally, the 4G Speeds that EE offer across Europe Is supposedly better than three's offering :)

  • I am visiting Europe later in the year, what is the best discount package (in the true OzBargain tradition) for mobile phone calls/texts and Data across an IPhone and possibly an Ipad?. Interested in your suggestions …Thanks

  • Hi OP, how do you get the physical sim? In the mail? Asking as I maybe heading to Europe as early as this wkend and would need it rather quickly. Otherwise, is it possible to pick it up in person from a retailer somewhere in Europe?

  • Used this on my recent trip to Paris, Lyon and Copenhagen. Bloody good reception and speeds - though I chewed through 3GB in my first couple of days :p Then again I was using it as a hotspot for my various devices and took too many pics which were syncing / uploading to the cloud.

Ended up logging into the site and topping up with my Australian credit card - I was doing this the I was in Lyon and again when I was in Copenhagen.

I'd get this again when I head to Europe.

    • how much do the top ups cost?

      • Sorry. Just noticed your question. The top ups are essentially adding credit to your account via your credit card. It then comes down to what you want to add. I think it was £15 per additional 3GB - I'll have to check. I did not look at anything else as I had plenty of sms and calls which I had not used - just data.

        Edit:

        Just checked for data - it is £3 / 500MB / 7 days, £5 / 500MB / 30 days, £7.50 / 1GB / 30 days, £15 / 3GB / 30 days, £20 / 5GB / 30 days
