    7th Gen not 8th Gen… so it not worth…

This would be a deal if they came with the QHD screens.

  • 999? If 666 i will buy.

    • thts the devils number?

      • Well I said 999 in the front so read them as 69 69 69

    • 666 is impossible

Buy through Kogan rather than DS to receive 999 Qantas points.

    • Don't forget you can get 2 points per $1 via Qantas Mall

      • I haven't used Qantas Mall, is there any reason it wouldn't also stack with cashrewards etc?

      • Going through the Qantas Mall, Kogan reprices both latops (Silve & Gold) to $1209 & $1229 respectively. Ouch!!

  • Does anyone know why they're advertising a quad core processor?
The XPS 13 9360 comes with a 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor, which is a dual core processor. So have they fitted it with a quad core CPU during the refurbish?

    • Says 8th gen processor in specs, could be a error

Just checked on kogan, and it's 7th gen with 4 cores, strange, maybe they are talking about thread count, PC pickup dual core with hyperthreading as cores, maybe that's why

      • I thought Hyperthreading as well. Typically the touchscreen doesn't come with this model either (usually comes with higher quality display or larger ssd)
There are multiple processors that are 7th Gen quad core i5s so they may have been refurbished with these perhaps. Regardless, I'm in contact with them now, and they keep reassuring me it's not an error, but I'll rely on their ticket support instead.

      According to customer support:
"There is indeed a mix up with the listing, as the quad core is actually the dearer model of Dell XPS 13 which has 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor."

So yeah it's the same as what Dell is offering, dual core i5 7th gen processor, not quad core.

  • Wasn't recent thegoodguys 15% off Dell similar price?

    • No way. $1698 after discount, though different specs., but this is the only XPS model available at TGG for comparison.

      • Sorry, not XPS, good point.

  • Have they fixed the sound distortion issue? I am using the 9343 and still having that issue.

  • This doesn't sound right, fit a 13.3 screen in a 11 frame

The virtually borderless infinity display maximizes screen space by squeezing a 13.3” (33.8cm) display in an 28 cm (11”) frame. With a bezel only 5.2 mm thin,

    • 13.3" is diagonal, while 11" is width.

  • Only 1280x720 for any xps I would of excepted 1080p min

    • +2

That's the camera resolution, display is still 1080p.

  • Has anyone asked Kogan if this comes with an OS installed? Or if the battery has been replaced?

    • +1

They said it comes with Windows 10 Home.

      • Just live chatted them - battery replacement depends on the condition when check and Dell's QA standard.
